3.6　Labor Organization on Construction Site

According to engineering amount and construction period requirement in turnout area，the slab type turnout laying site for single working plane is allocated with person in charge on site，technical supervisor，quality inspector and safety supervisor，the construction layer falls into two construction team and five work squads，for specific labor organization see Table 4.

Based on actual site condition，the technician numbers for different post can be appropriately adjusted，to try to satisfy construction requirement.
