Configuring the defaults and preferences

The next step is to configure the preferences for this process. The preferences for any process are found on the drop-down menu of the associated transaction, for instance, as in the following:

• Sales preferences are set up at Setup | Sales | Sales Preferences
• Support is set up at Setup | Support | Support Preferences
• Accounting preferences are configured at Setup | Accounting | Accounting Preferences
