Memorized transactions

Some transactions repeat throughout the year. Rent is one example; it is paid in the same amount on the same day of each month. NetSuite provides an automation feature to help the user in this case. The user memorizes the transaction after creating it. The memorized transaction occurs on a specific, set schedule, and the transaction can be automatically created; however, I recommend using the REMIND ME option instead. This places a reminder on the user's dashboard, to prompt a review of the transaction. The transaction is created for you, but is not posted until the user elects to enter it:
