制作
1.将竹笙和花菇用温水稍浸泡;火腿肉切粒状或片状;猪瘦肉切成小方块后汆水。
2.将除菜心外的主料一起放进炖蛊内,加入清水1250毫升(约5碗水)和少许绍酒、花生油,加盖隔水炖1.5小时。
3.放入菜心,炖10分钟,加入适量盐即可。
