1.1 Structure of CRTS Ⅱ Track on Bridge
The CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track on bridge is composed of five parts(Figure 1),from top to bottom(taking the straight line section as example):20 cm thick concrete track slab,3 cm thick asphalt mortar cushion,20 cm thick concrete bed plate,“two fabrics and one film”sliding layer and lateral baffle.
1.1.1 Final product of track slab.The standard track slab is 6.45m long and 2.55m wide,prestressed transversely,pre-cracking groove shall be arranged vertically every 65 cm,and the groove depth shall be 4 cm.The finish rolled deformed bar shall be reserved vertically for longitudinal connection of adjacent track slabs.Upon completion of fine adjustment and mortar pouring for track slabs,all the track slabs shall be integrated vertically through finish rilled deformed bar.
1.1.2 Concrete bed plate.The fixed terminal spine shall be set behind abutment at both ends of bridge(super-large bridge)for concrete bed plate,and the bed plate shall be vertically connected by crossing beam joint.The construction process of bed plate is divided into several construction units,and the length of every construction unit is generally between 1980~5000m.Every construction unit includes temporary terminal spine and routine area,and every construction unit shall be set with post-cast strip according to regulations.After vertical tensile,the construction units shall be connected finally with the fixed terminal spine behind the abutment.
1.1.3 Cement emulsified asphalt mortar cushion.In order to consolidate the fine adjustment result of track slab—the spatial geometric state of track slab,the track slab shall be adhered to the bed plate,the mortar cushion shall be of standard 3 cm thick,to enable the track slab and bed plate to function together.
1.1.4 Below the bed plate“two fabrics and one film”sliding layer shall be set,one layer of 5 cm thick rigid foam plastic board(plastic extrusion plate)shall be set within 1.45m at beam end,the foam board shall be bonded with the bridge surface with binding material,the geotextile at lower layer shall be cut off at beam joint,both the sliding film and upper geotextile shall be continuously paved in between the inner edge of two adjacent shear alveolars.
1.1.5 Lateral baffle.The baffles are connected with alveolar and embedded sleeves on beam surface,the bed plate shall be ensured vertically and transversely stable and the transverse movement of the track slab shall be restrained.
