The Exploration of Supply Front Structural Reform in Zhuhai City
Abstract: Promoting the supply front structural reform is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council. It is a key initiative to push forward the transformation of economic development mode and the strategic adjustment of economic structure. Zhuhai City has introduced a series of reform measures to maintain steady growth, boost development and increase benefits. The supply front structural reform in Zhuhai has progressed orderly, both economic quality and efficiency have improved. Zhuhai City should continue to deepen the supply front structural reform, which mainly includes controlling strictly the projects of surplus industry, cutting excessive industrial capacity and destocking unswervingly; standardizing financing behavior, and keeping the bottom line to de-leveraging; carrying out the measures to reduce taxes and fees, reducing the production factor cost of the enterprises; speeding up the construction progress of key projects, and correcting the shortcomings solidly.
