柴建方

1943年生，河南郸城人。宁夏书画院原副院长，国家一级美术师。中国书协二届理事、西泠印社社员、宁夏书协名誉主席、宁夏文史馆馆员，宁夏书画艺术发展促进会名誉会长、宁夏书画专修学院名誉院长、中国文联“百杰书法家”及享受国务院特殊津贴“有突出贡献专家”。

Born in 1943, Han city in Henan province. He was the deputy director of Ningxia Academy of Calligraphy & Painting, national first-grade artist. The council member of Chinese Association of Calligraphy, the member of Xiling Publishing House, the reputy Chairman of Ningxia Association of Calligraphy, the member of Ningxia Hall of Literature & History, the reputy director of Ningxia Painting & Calligraphy Art Development Council for Promotion, the reputy director of Ningxia Painting & Calligraphy College, the Top 100 Calligrapher of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the national important contribution expert who is granted a special allowance from the State Council.
